Fighting for the 27th Senate District

Jon Erpenbach is running for re-election to the State Senate to continue representing the hard working families of Dane, Green, Iowa, Columbia and Sauk counties that call the 27th District home.

As a State Senator, Jon has been a innovator and fighter even when the Governor and Republican majority have moved to cut school funding, failed to find a long term transportation financing solution, and made foreign companies and millionaire business owners their priority.

A note from Jon...

The 27th Senate District is a diverse seat with rural communities, suburban communities, and beautiful public lands that make this a great place to call home. Living here is a privilege, as is representing my friends and neighbors.

What I hear when I go door to door is that people want a shift in priorities from their state government and I couldn't agree more. People want us to actually work to solve the problems Wisconsin struggles with, not just posture for political gain. That is my priority as well.

Fighting the bad policies is part of the job, but even more important is that I continue to innovate and propose positive solutions for our communities and our people. That will always be my top priority and that is what my record as a Legislator shows.

The people of the 27th District and this state deserve a quality of life that makes them feel safe in their communities, equal opportunity to learn and thrive, the ability to travel safely and peacefully to their destination, and clean air and water for the next generation.

That is why I am running for re-election -- because there is more work to be done.
